  • Welcome to Wise Vibes! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    Eligibility:

    You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or consume products from Wise Vibes. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that it is legal to purchase hemp-derived beverages in your jurisdiction.

    Product Legality:

    All products sold by Wise Vibes comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC. You are responsible for ensuring these products are legal in your state or locality before ordering.

    Use of Products:

    Wise Vibes beverages are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should not consume our products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition without first consulting your healthcare provider.

    Driving & Machinery Warning:

    Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery after consuming our products. Effects may vary, and impairment can occur even with legal THC levels.

    Limitation of Liability:

    Wise Vibes is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Wise Vibes beverages are produced from hemp-derived THC.  A provision in the federal 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp -- defined as cannabis plants with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis -- from the Controlled Substances Act. Our THC-infused beverages are therefore federally legal because they are made from hemp and meet this THC concentration limit.  Click here to see our testing results for each Wise Vibes product. 

  • Wise Vibes ships to U.S. states where hemp and CBD beverages are legally permitted. Due to state regulations, we are currently unable to ship our products to the following states: Alabama, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, and Texas. We do not ship internationally.

    Processing Time:

    Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

    Delivery Time:

    Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, though delays may occur due to shipping carrier or weather.

    Restrictions:

    We do not ship to any state or locality where hemp-derived beverages are restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by shipping carriers but will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

  • Your satisfaction matters. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

    Returns:

    Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

    Refunds or Replacements:

    We’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement for any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us your order number and photos of the issue at info@wise-vibes.com.

  • At Wise Vibes, your privacy is a priority. Here’s how we collect and use your information:

    What We Collect:
